Shopping at 3 B E L O W is as easy as it gets! Select the type of garment, size, price and/or style. Once the search is complete, the garments that match your selection will be displayed. To view the garment in more detail, click on the photo and you can view an enlarged image with information on the name, reference and price of the product, in addition to the available sizes and colours. You will also have access to specifications on its composition and wash and care guidelines. If you are unsure of your size you can click on the size guide right beside the “Select your Size” tab. You can add the article to your order by clicking on the Add to Cart Button. Once you have completed the order, access your cart and click on Proceed to Checkout to proceed to the payment pages.
2. Composition and wash and care guidelines
To assist you during your purchase, we provide you with information on the composition of all garments, in addition to wash and care guidelines for looking after your garments. This information must be paid detail to and followed for every garment.
3. Payment methods
3.1 Types of credit cards accepted
We accept Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard credit and debit cards.
3.2 Security during the payment process
All data is transmitted in SSL encrypted format. For payment with Visa and MasterCard only SEC (Secure Electronic Trading) transactions will be accepted. After confirming that the card is part of the SEC system, the system will connect with the issuing bank in order for the customer to authorise the purchase. As soon as the bank has confirmed the authentication, the charge will be made against the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
4. 3 B E L O W Gifts
It is possible to give someone 3 B E L O W clothing as a gift through our online store. The only requirement is the delivery address of the person you wish to give the gift to. You can even send a message of congratulation! Unfortunately, as a statutory regulation, for international deliveries we have to state the value of the garment on the invoice, since this information is required by customs.
